Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Because we use a dropshipping model, products ship directly from our suppliers. This means processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including supplier processing times, carrier delays, and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on order weight, destination, and shipping method. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply – details will be shown during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if provided by the supplier). You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Multiple Suppliers

Because we use a dropshipping model, items in a single order may ship from different locations. This may result in multiple deliveries and tracking numbers for one order.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

DadVibes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at dadvibesgifts@gmail.com We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all items. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

Important Notes

Custom or personalised items may take longer to process and are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. Some products may be subject to supplier stock availability, which could affect shipping times.
